InterBotz LLC · Agenfra

Privacy Policy

Last updated July 14, 2026

Agenfra is a service of InterBotz LLC. This policy explains how we handle personal information across Agenfra websites, creator agents, connected channels, applications, and services.

1. Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to Agenfra products and services made available by InterBotz LLC and its affiliates (“InterBotz,” “Agenfra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including agenfra.com, creator agents, embedded chat experiences, connected social channels, Studio, and related integrations (collectively, the “Services”).

Creators, businesses, and other customers may configure an agent through Agenfra. When they determine why and how personal information is used, they are responsible for their own notices, permissions, and legal obligations. This policy describes InterBotz’s practices as the platform provider.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account, business, creator, and contact information, such as name, email address, social profile, website, role, and company.
  • Content used to configure an agent, including creator know-how, processes, offers, recommendations, voice, boundaries, and approved partner information.
  • Messages, comments, questions, instructions, feedback, files, and other content submitted through the Services.
  • Billing and transaction details. Payment-card information may be processed by our payment provider rather than stored by us.
  • Communications with us, including support, sales, audit, and account-review conversations.

Audience and conversation information

When a creator or business connects Agenfra to a website, social account, application, or other channel, we may process public comments, direct messages, website chats, profile identifiers, conversation history, stated preferences, relationship context, and inferred journey or intent signals. This information helps the creator’s agent remember prior interactions, personalize guidance, and determine an appropriate next step.

Information from connected services

We may receive information from services you or an Agenfra customer chooses to connect, such as social platforms, websites, customer relationship systems, analytics, email, scheduling, commerce, or other applications. The information received depends on the connection, permissions, and provider settings.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, device, browser, operating system, and language.
  • Pages viewed, features used, links selected, session events, timestamps, and referring pages.
  • Authentication, security, diagnostic, error, and audit logs.
  • Cookie and similar-technology data used for essential functionality, preferences, analytics, and security.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, authenticate, and support the Services.
  • Configure and operate creator agents, maintain conversation continuity, and personalize guidance and next steps.
  • Monitor, draft, route, or automate engagement according to the creator’s approved settings and deployment mode.
  • Present creator offers, human support, or approved third-party products and services when relevant to the interaction.
  • Review agent performance, provide human oversight, investigate errors, and improve safety, quality, and usefulness.
  • Protect users, creators, InterBotz, and the Services from fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity.
  • Communicate about accounts, service changes, support, sales, billing, security, and legally required notices.
  • Analyze usage and improve or develop products, subject to applicable law and contractual restrictions.

4. AI systems and human review

Agenfra uses artificial-intelligence systems to interpret conversations, apply configured creator processes, generate guidance, and recommend next steps. We may send relevant content and context to model and infrastructure providers that process it for us under contractual and security obligations.

Depending on the creator’s settings, outputs may be monitored, drafted for approval, reviewed by a human, or delivered automatically. AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Users and creators should use appropriate judgment and human review, especially before consequential decisions.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to:

  • Creators and workspace customers. The creator or business whose agent you interact with may access the conversation, profile, relationship history, agent activity, and routing or recommendation results.
  • Service providers. Vendors may support hosting, AI processing, databases, analytics, communications, security, billing, and customer support on our behalf.
  • Connected services. We may send information to a provider when a customer enables an integration or a user asks to continue an action through that provider.
  • Creator offers and approved partners. When a user chooses or requests an offer, product, service, booking, or other next step, we may share the information needed to fulfill that request. A creator or InterBotz may receive compensation related to certain offers.
  • Business transfers. Information may be disclosed in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
  • Safety and legal compliance. We may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, enforce agreements, or comply with applicable law and valid legal process.

Public-authority requests. InterBotz reviews public-authority requests for user data before disclosure. If a request appears unlawful, overbroad, procedurally invalid, outside the requesting authority’s jurisdiction, or inconsistent with applicable law, InterBotz may challenge, narrow, or reject the request before disclosing any user data. Where legally permitted and appropriate, we may notify the affected customer or user.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain conversation continuity, meet the creator or customer’s instructions, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the Services. Retention periods vary by data type, account settings, connected provider, and legal requirement.

You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. If your information is controlled by a creator or business using Agenfra, we may direct the request to that customer or assist them in responding. Some information may be retained where permitted or required by law, including security, fraud-prevention, transactional, and legal records.

Meta, Facebook, and Instagram data.If you connected Agenfra through Meta, you may request deletion through Facebook's Apps and Websites settings. Remove Agenfra, open the removed app, and select Send Request. Meta will send us a verified deletion request, and we will remove the matching Meta-authorized connection, access token, profile data, and connection records. You will receive a confirmation code and a link showing the request status. You may also contact us at mike@agenfra.com for help with a deletion request.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, authentication, logging, monitoring, and vendor review where appropriate. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, lost, altered, or disclosed without authorization.

Do not send passwords, payment credentials, government identification numbers, health information, or other highly sensitive information unless the specific Agenfra experience clearly requests it and you are authorized to provide it.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; or appeal certain decisions. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. You may also manage connected-service permissions directly with the relevant provider.

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain analytics, advertising, partner, or cross-context activities may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some laws. Contact us to ask about choices available for your account or location.

9. International processing

InterBotz and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use recognized legal mechanisms and safeguards for cross-border transfers.

10. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

11. Third-party services

The Services may link to or interact with third-party products, applications, websites, and offers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. Review those policies before providing information or completing a transaction.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Services or applicable laws change. We will post the revised policy with a new “Last updated” date and provide additional notice when required.
